Liasoning Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise architectural and statutory drawings in compliance with DCPR 2034, MCGM regulations, circulars and applicable guidelines.
• Prepare drawings and submissions for IOD, CC, amended CC, OC and other statutory approvals.
• Handle FSI, TDR, fungible FSI, setbacks, height, parking, amenity and area calculations as applicable.
• Coordinate with Architects, Structural/MEP Consultants, Liaison Consultants and Project Teams for drawing preparation and revisions.
• Incorporate MCGM observations/comments and ensure timely resubmission of revised drawings.
• Maintain proper records of submitted, revised and approved drawings with effective version control.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure execution is aligned with sanctioned plans and approved drawings.
• Support the liaisoning team during authority inspections and approval-related activities.

Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and statutory drawing preparation.
• Hands-on knowledge of DCPR 2034 and MCGM approval processes.
• Experience in Mumbai real estate projects, preferably residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of FSI/TDR, building regulations and development permissions.
• Good coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
• Marathi proficiency will be an advantage.
