Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Librarian to manage the college/school library and support students and teaching staff in accessing books and other learning resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the library collection.
• Issue and return books and maintain proper records.
• Catalog and organize books, reference materials, and other resources.
• Assist students and teachers in locating books and study materials.
• Maintain discipline and a quiet environment in the library.
• Maintain records of new books, damaged books, and missing books.
• Conduct periodic stock verification.
• Support students in developing good reading habits.
• Coordinate with teachers and management for library requirements.
• Perform other library-related duties assigned by the management.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Library Science / B.Lib.I.Sc. or equivalent qualification.
• Candidates with relevant school/college library experience will be preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Computer and library management skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.
• Friendly and professional approach towards students and staff.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred. Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.

Salary: Depending on qualification and experience.

Pay: ₹10,340.22 - ₹15,000.00 per month
