Librarian

Key responsibilities

• Selects and recommends periodicals and books for acquisition to supplement the school's curriculum needs

• Renders reference and library assistance to teachers and students

• Plans and conducts instruction on information literacy skills for students

• Organizes, catalogs, and maintains library materials and resources

• Ensures that the Learning Resource Center is organized, clean, and conducive to learning

• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the management pertinent to the smooth operation of the Information Resource Department

Qualification

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Library and Information Science
• Must be a licensed and registered Librarian
• Knowledgeable in library management systems and digital tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and has good communication skills
