Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of beauty services including haircutting, styling, coloring, hair extensions, and hair threading with precision and artistry
• Provide expert barbering services such as straight razor shaves and traditional grooming techniques
• Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored recommendations for hair care, makeup application, and retail products
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and store policies
• Utilize salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking
• Educate clients on hair care routines, color theory concepts, and product usage to enhance their experience and satisfaction
• Assist with front desk duties including client check-in/out, retail upselling, retail math calculations, and managing appointment flow
• Mentor new team members by sharing expertise in hairstyling techniques, retail strategies, and client communication skills
• Monthly Booth Rental base.
• manage your own schedule and grow your clientele

Experience

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with current certification to practice professionally
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair styling, coloring, and grooming services
• Familiarity with salon software platforms such as MINDBODY or similar systems for scheduling and client management
• Knowledge of sanitation standards specific to salons and barbershops to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Hands-on experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their aesthetic goals
• Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
