About the role

We are seeking a License Electrical Engineer to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our engineering operations. As a Licensed Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing electrical and electronic systems whilst ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role is strategically important to Radtelcom Technologies Corporation as it underpins our ability to deliver high-quality engineering solutions to our clients and maintain our reputation for technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and test electrical and electronic systems and components in accordance with project specifications and industry standards
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics and documentation for electrical installations and systems
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations for electrical projects
• Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes, regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors and other engineering professionals to deliver integrated solutions
• Oversee the installation, commissioning and testing of electrical systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide technical support to resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance and quality standards
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff within the team

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution
• Valid professional license as an Electrical Engineer issued by the relevant regulatory body in the Philippines
• Minimum 3 years of post-licensure experience in electrical or electronic engineering design, development or project management
• Strong knowledge of electrical design standards, codes and regulations including the Philippine National Building Code and relevant industry standards
• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar industry-standard tools
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills with the ability to prepare clear documentation and reports
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems, power distribution or telecommunications would be advantageous
• Valid driver's license and willingness to conduct site visits as required
