Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing services to meet individual client needs.
• Perform esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols and standards.
• Deliver spa services such as waxing, makeup application, and other aesthetic treatments that promote relaxation and rejuvenation.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to support their ongoing skin health.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards across all treatment areas to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Engage with clients through clear communication, understanding their goals, and providing exceptional customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Support retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and treatments aligned with client needs.

Skills

• Proven expertise in skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures.
• Strong knowledge of all our services.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their aesthetic goals.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Ability to educate clients on skincare routines and product selections confidently.
• Experience in retail sales of skincare products is a plus.
