Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Aesthetician with an Electrology Certification to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate will have experience performing facials and laser treatments and a commitment to outstanding customer service. The role includes office support duties such as appointment booking, client follow-ups, bookkeeping, phone answering, appointment management, and maintenance of aesthetic room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of medical-grade facial treatments tailored to clients' specific needs, including microneedling with HA and PRP, Glo2Facials, dermaplaning, extractions, LED light therapy, masks, and more.
• Conduct laser treatments using the Candela GentleMax Pro in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
• Provide consultations and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Utilize Geneo Glo2Facial technology and Jan Marini Skin Care Research products to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in skincare and laser technology.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Support around the office when not treating clients by assisting with appointment bookings, client follow-ups, bookkeeping, answering phones, and managing schedules.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive client care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Aesthetician license in the state of Florida.
• Electrology license or certification for laser treatments.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
