Licensed Architect

It is ESSENTIAL to UPLOAD your CV and PORTFOLIO on this site for us to entertain and consider your application.

We’re looking for licensed architects who are curious, detail-driven, and unafraid to experiment. At Terra, we blur the lines between architecture, design, and storytelling—and we want collaborators who think beyond the box, not just draw it.

What you’ll do:

• Assist in design development, research, construction estimates, and presentations
• Produce detailed construction drawings, 3D models, diagrams, and visualizations
• Work closely with senior architects and collaborators
• Contribute to concept exploration and creative experimentation
• Project exposure to construction detailing and site visits.

Who you are:

• A graduate of Architecture (with at least 2 years of experience)
• Proficient in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, BIM)
• Comfortable working in a fast, flexible, ideas-first environment
• A sharp eye, an open mind, and a willingness to learn
• Experienced in producing Contract Documents with a high skill level in architectural drafting and detailing.
