• • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor ongoing construction/renovation activities.
• • Ensure that actual site conditions, dimensions, layouts, and construction works conform to the approved plans and drawings.
• • Check whether the design, materials, finishes, and workmanship are being implemented according to the approved specifications.
• • Identify deviations, errors, defects, or discrepancies between the approved plans and actual site conditions.
• • Immediately report any significant issues, deviations, or concerns to the concerned personnel.
• • Monitor the quality and progress of architectural works on site.
• • Conduct accurate actual measurements of existing structures, spaces, elevations,
• and site conditions.
• • Verify dimensions and measurements before construction, fabrication, or
• installation.
• • Prepare and maintain accurate measurement records, sketches, and documentation.
• • Review architectural drawings and details prior to and during construction.
• • Coordinate with the design and construction team regarding revisions, clarifications,
• and technical concerns.
• • Supervise and monitor day-to-day architectural, renovation, and construction
• activities on site.
• • Monitor the progress of work and ensure that activities are completed according to
• the project schedule.
• • Inspect completed and ongoing works to ensure compliance with approved plans,
• specifications, and quality standards.
• • Document site findings through reports, photographs, measurements, and other
• appropriate records.
• • Attend meetings and provide updates regarding architectural works and site concerns.
• • Prepare regular site inspection reports and progress updates.
• • Maintain records of actual measurements, site observations, approved plans, revisions, and other project documents.
• • Assist in preparing as-built drawings and documentation when required.
• • Maintain organized copies of current and approved drawings and ensure that obsolete
• drawings are not being used on site.
• • Assist in reviewing material samples, finishes, shop drawings, and other architectural requirements.
• • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or Management from time to time.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
