Licensed Architect (Manila)

Key Responsibilities

• Design Review – Review architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Technical Support – Provide design and technical support to Project Managers, Site Engineers, construction and technical teams throughout all phases of the project.
• Documentation – Prepare and submit architectural documents, including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and technical reports.
• Coordination – Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients regarding design and project requirements.
• Site Inspections – Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Issue Resolution – Identify, investigate, and resolve architectural and design issues encountered during construction.
• Project Planning – Assist in project scheduling, cost estimation, and resource allocation.
• Material Selection – Verify quantities, review bill of materials, and assist in material and equipment selection.
• Compliance – Ensure all architectural works comply with applicable building codes, industry standards, and company policies.
• Quality Assurance – Support QA/QC activities by ensuring proper implementation of project specifications.
• Process Improvement – Recommend design and process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• PRC Licensed Architect is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and applicable building codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
