Licensed Architect (Texas)

D.I.V.A Built is seeking a talented and motivated Licensed Architect to help support our growing portfolio of residential, commercial, and development projects throughout Texas. We are looking for a professional who can bring creative design solutions, technical expertise, and strong project leadership to every phase of a project.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with ownership, clients, consultants, and contractors while helping shape projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through planning, design, permitting, and construction.
• Prepare and review construction documents, permit sets, and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, zoning requirements, and accessibility standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop design concepts, presentations, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits and assist with construction administration as needed.
• Review project specifications and construction details for accuracy and quality.
• Support project schedules, budgets, and client communications.
• Collaborate with the D.I.V.A Built team to provide exceptional client service and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Architect License in the State of Texas required.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Texas building codes, permitting processes, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
