Outcome Behavioral Solutions is a play-based ABA practice supporting children with autism, ADHD, and developmental delays. We use a naturalistic approach, so kids build real skills through play and everyday routines, and we keep families at the center of everything we do. Families are waiting for care, and we're looking for a LABA to help us reach them.

What you'll do

• Help conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans under the supervision of our BCBA/LBA
• Monitor client progress, analyze data, and update programs as children grow
• Supervise and train behavior technicians in naturalistic, play-based strategies
• Provide parent coaching so skills carry over into daily life
• Work with schools and related providers, including support around IEPs
• Complete session notes and documentation accurately and on time

What we're looking for

• An active Washington LABA license (or eligible and pursuing it)
• A bachelor's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to children
• A warm, flexible approach and a love of working with kids and families
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
