Headz Up Barbershop II was just named top 3 barbershop in Miramar for 2026. We are seeking a talented and energetic Licensed Barber to join our dynamic team!

We are a second established location in the heart of Miramar/Pembroke Pines. Our shop has been opened for years and is highly rated and well known on many platforms. The shopping plaza location is busy with customers and new additions are being added which attracts more customers waiting for services!

We are looking for a barber who already has experience in the field with committed clients. Barbers at this location pay a fair weekly rental for their booth and all other revenue is profit for the barber.

In this role, you will deliver grooming and styling services to clients, creating personalized looks that boost confidence and satisfaction. As a Licensed Barber, you will combine technical expertise with outstanding customer service to ensure every guest leaves feeling valued. Your passion for hair care, attention to sanitation, and ability to connect with clients will drive your success in this vibrant environment.

Duties

• Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming consultations using tools such as straight razors and clippers
• Perform hair styling and applications to meet client preferences
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, adhering to health regulations and store protocols
• Utilize management software such as Booksy, Zelle, Cash app, or Square for scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing client information
• Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations

Skills

• Valid barbering license with current certification to operate legally in the industry
• Strong knowledge of barbering techniques including straight razor shaves and traditional grooming styles
• Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on customer service excellence
• Deep understanding of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Excellent communication skills for client consultation, mentoring junior staff, and upselling services effectively
• Knowledge of store management practices to support overall salon operations and cleanliness
