We are seeking a talented and energetic Licensed Barber to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

• Perform professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves (If comfortable not required), beard trims, and grooming consultations.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by adhering to all health regulations and store protocols.
• Manage client communication effectively to understand their needs and recommend suitable hair care or styling options.
• Be comfortable doing Skin Fades, Taper Fades, and Burst Fades.
• Upsell retail products such as hair styling products, and grooming tools to enhance client satisfaction.
• Assist with cleaning duties (Taking out trash, sweeping and mopping floors, tidying bathroom)
• Experience
• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with current certification required.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
• Experience with sanitation standards, store management practices, and retail sales strategies.

Pay: $500.00 - $1,200.00 per week
