Duties

• Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, beard trims.
• Engage clients with excellent communication skills, offering product recommendations and upselling retail items like hair care products and styling tools
• Stay current on industry trends, color theory, and new techniques to ensure high-quality service delivery

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license in accordance with state or local regulations
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with strong skills in haircutting, styling, coloring, and grooming techniques
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards within a salon setting
• Excellent customer service and client communication skills to build rapport and ensure satisfaction

Pay: $27.37 - $32.96 per hour
