As a dynamic Hair Stylist, you will be the creative force behind our clients' stunning looks! Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and hair extensions to meet client needs.
• Utilize salon software, including MINDBODY, to manage appointments and maintain accurate client records.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the salon to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations for hair care and styling.
• Mentor junior stylists and assist with their professional development through guidance and support.
• Promote retail sales by upselling products that complement services provided during appointments.
• Handle front desk duties such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing customer inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continuously enhance your skills.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
• Proficiency in hair extensions application techniques and knowledge of color theory.
• Familiarity with salon software systems such as MINDBODY for efficient appointment management.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean workspace.
• Ability to perform makeup application, nail care, eyelash extensions, and hair threading is a plus.
• Retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales tracking.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Barbering: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
