Booth rental: $125.00 per week

Responsibilities

• Perform diverse beauty treatments including hair styling, hair extensions, nail care, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and body waxing with precision and care.
• Administer advanced aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, chemical peels, esthetic laser treatments, and dermal therapies in compliance with safety standards.
• Manage client consultations to understand their goals, recommend suitable treatments, and communicate post-treatment care instructions effectively.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by adhering to sanitation protocols during all treatments to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Engage with clients via social media management to showcase services, share promotions, and build an active online community.
• Support front desk operations by managing guest check-ins/outs, answering inquiries, and coordinating appointment flow efficiently.
• Stay current on industry trends in aesthetic treatments like chemical peels, tattooing, deep tissue massage, and management of advanced skincare procedures to continually enhance service offerings.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with current certification to perform licensed beauty treatments.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a comprehensive understanding of hair styling, nail care, makeup application, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and other aesthetic services.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients while providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage social media platforms effectively for marketing purposes.
• Excellent sanitation practices aligned with health regulations to ensure a safe treatment environment.
• Management skills that support team collaboration and efficient front desk operations.
• A passion for continuous learning about new aesthetic techniques such as hair threading or straight razor grooming is a plus.
