Licensed Behavior Analyst/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (LBA/BCBA)

Position Details:

• $65-$75/HR With Benefits! ($65,000-$75,000 Annual Salary)

About the Role

As a BCBA/LBA, you will provide behavioral assessment, intervention, consultation, and caregiver/team training across community-based and remote environments. This is a full-time salaried position with a reduced clinical caseload requirement. You will receive a full-time salary and benefits while being expected to maintain only 25 billable hours per week.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized behavior support plans
• Supporting clients in home, community, educational, and remote environments
• Collaborating with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members
• Providing caregiver and staff training
• Monitoring client progress and modifying interventions based on clinical data
• Completing clinical documentation and care coordination
• Participating in interdisciplinary case consultation
• Communicating effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and other professionals

What We're Looking For

• BCBA and/or LBA in good standing
• Experience working with individuals with IDD, TBI, or related populations preferred
• Comfortable providing services in community-based and remote environments
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care
• Ability to work independently while actively participating as part of a team
• Compassionate, flexible, and client-centered approach

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
