We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time BCBAs across New York City, Georgia and Northern Virginia.

Compensation

• Full-Time: $75,000 – $85,000/year + bonus potential
• Part-Time: $75 – $90/hour
• Flexible schedules, choose your own hours

What You’ll Do

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and student analysts
• Conduct assessments and update programming as needed
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and compliance

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing
• Licensed or eligible in VA
• Experience working with individuals with autism
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Must be local

Schedule

• Monday–Friday (flexible)
• Weekend availability optional
