Licensed Chemical Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Registered Chemical Engineer (RChE) to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a motivated engineer with 1–2 years of relevant experience who is passionate about process improvement, quality, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will support production operations by optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve product quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Assist in the validation and implementation of new production processes and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, environmental regulations, and workplace safety policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Must be a Registered Chemical Engineer (RChE) with a valid PRC License.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of process engineering, production operations, quality systems, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
