What they need
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Must be a Licensed / PRC-Registered Civil Engineer.
Experience
- Preferably with 2-4 years of relevant experience in engineering, construction, design, project management, or mall/retail development.
- Experience in tenant fit-out, renovation, construction supervision, or commercial/mall projects is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, civil, and engineering plans.
- Knowledge of cost estimate, construction methods, materials, specifications, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and applicable engineering requirements.
- Knowledge in project monitoring, site inspection, and contractor coordination.
