What they need
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.
At least 7-10 years experience in construction work
COSH Certificate (40 hrs.) is an advantage
Willing and qualified to serve as PCAB Sustaining Technical Employee (STE)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on-site and travel when required.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Serve as the company's designated PCAB STE
Sign & seal of plans, drawings, and all necessary documents for permits.
Conduct a site inspection, supervise, and monitor construction projects.
Review construction drawings and shop drawings.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and government regulations.
