About the role

Develop project plans and specifications in accordance with client requirements and regulatory standards. Calculate quantities, prepare cost estimates, and create project schedules. Conduct technical analysis and evaluations of materials and construction methods. Monitor and inspect construction progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• PRC Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least 1 year working experience
• Experience in Structural Design and Analysis
• Experience in AutoCAD and Structural Software (STAAD and ETABS)
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
