Licensed Clinical Manager

As a member of the management team, the Clinical Manager is responsible for the leadership, development, oversight, and continuous improvement of school-based outpatient behavioral health services. This position ensures that services align with agency mission, funding requirements, evidence-based clinical practices, contractual obligations, and the behavioral health needs of the community. The Clinical Manager provides clinical and administrative supervision, promotes quality service delivery, and fosters collaborative relationships with schools, community partners, and internal stakeholders.

· Masters degree or higher in a social service discipline

· Preferred State of Florida license or license eligible in psychology, mental health, social work, or marriage and family therapy

· Five years clinical experience and two years supervisory experience

· Successful completion of background screening

SKILLS NECESSARY:

· Knowledge of behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation requirements.

· Strong individual, family, and group counseling skills.

· Excellent leadership, supervision, coaching, and staff development skills.

· Knowledge of Medicaid, contractual, regulatory, and accreditation standards applicable to outpatient behavioral health services.

· Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

· Effective verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with schools, community partners, referral sources, and agency staff.

· Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,994.79 - $65,000.00 per year
