Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Corporate Psychology Counselor to provide mental health and psychological support to employees within the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in workplace mental health, emotional well-being, and stress management, helping employees navigate personal and professional challenges to improve their overall work-life balance, productivity, and mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Individual Counselling: Provide confidential one-on-one counselling to employees experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, work-related pressure, interpersonal conflicts, and other personal or professional challenges.
• Workshops & Training: Conduct workshops and awareness sessions on mental health, stress management, resilience, conflict resolution, and work-life balance.
• Crisis Support: Offer immediate emotional support during critical situations, including grief, trauma, and personal crises, and facilitate referrals when required.
• Mental Health Awareness: Develop and implement employee wellness initiatives, educational resources, and communication programs that promote psychological safety and mental health awareness.
• Referrals & Support Resources: Connect employees with appropriate external mental health professionals and support services when necessary.
• Continuous Development: Stay updated on current counselling practices, workplace psychology research, and employee wellness strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience , with documented experience required.
• Local professional membership certificate (OPP) or official acknowledgement of a membership application.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
• Ability to work rotational shifts.
