Compensation

Mentella uses a W-2 split-based model , where clinicians receive a consistent percentage of collected revenue.

Our compensation is thoughtfully designed for each state, taking into account local reimbursement rates and insurance trends to ensure our clinicians remain among the most competitive W-2 opportunities in the market.
