Youth & Pediatric Support: Provide clinical consultations, assessments, and evidence-based treatment strategies for children, adolescents, and families across our sister facility’s youth programs.
Administrative & Regulatory Guidance: Maintain minimum administrative availability of 5 hours per week to review client records, sign off on clinical documentation, provide staff supervision/guidance, and ensure program alignment with DBHDS licensing regulations.
Crisis & Trauma Intervention: Provide clinical expertise in trauma-informed care, PTSD management, and acute crisis intervention strategies for diverse client populations.
Documentation & EMR Oversight: Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation within our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; ensure all clinical coding (ICD-10, CPT) and billing documentation align with ARTS and state guidelines.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner closely with administrative leadership, QMHP teams, medical professionals, and community partners to support seamless care coordination and transition planning.

Master’s Degree: Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited university or college.
Official Transcripts: Must submit official college/university transcripts during the onboarding process in accordance with DBHDS personnel standards (12VAC35-105-420).
