Are you a licensed behavioral health professional who enjoys mentoring clinicians, strengthening clinical quality, and providing direct care? Do you believe great client outcomes begin with strong supervision, accountability, and support?

Paving the Way Multi-Service Institute (PTWMSI) is seeking a Licensed Program Supervisor for a part-time independent contractor engagement requiring approximately 20–25 hours weekly, supervising up to four clinicians, and completing 12 clinical sessions per full service week.

This hands-on role combines clinical supervision, documentation review and co-signature, direct treatment, and consultation for complex or high-risk cases during agreed availability. Time will be allocated for supervision and documentation review, with designated backup coverage during client sessions and outside agreed availability.

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Program Supervisor, you will support assigned clinicians while maintaining a personal therapy caseload.

You will:

• Supervise up to four clinicians through scheduled supervision, case consultation, coaching, and clinical performance feedback
• Review notes, assessments, and treatment plans for clinical quality, accuracy, and applicable requirements
• Provide appropriate co-signatures after review and follow up on required corrections
• Complete 12 clinical sessions per full service week, providing evidence-based individual, family, and/or group therapy
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and complete timely documentation and care coordination for your own clients
• Support clinical onboarding, competency development, and corrective coaching
• Collaborate with clinical leadership, families, prescribers, and community partners
• Coordinate coverage and review service expectations as acuity, documentation volume, or supervision needs change

Service expectations, planned absences, holiday coverage, and adjustments will be addressed in the contractor agreement. Client cancellations and no-shows will be considered separately when reviewing completed-session expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Active independent DC clinical license appropriate to assigned services and supervisee disciplines
• DC LICSW required when providing clinical supervision to LGs delivering psychotherapy; other assignments must meet applicable board requirements
• Master's degree or higher in a relevant behavioral health field, consistent with licensure requirements
• At least three years of behavioral health experience, including direct clinical care
• Demonstrated clinical supervision, consultation, or team leadership experience
• Availability to fulfill the agreed clinical and supervisory responsibilities
• Professional liability insurance meeting PTWMSI’s contractual requirements
