Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinician to join our behavioral health team. In this role, you will provide essential mental health services to clients, supporting their journey toward improved well-being. The Licensed Clinician will conduct mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based counseling to individuals facing various behavioral health challenges, including addiction and mental health concerns. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.
• Provide individual counseling sessions focused on behavioral health, mental health, and addiction recovery.
• Engage in ongoing client communication to monitor progress, adjust treatment approaches, and support recovery efforts.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal client outcomes.
• Stay current with best practices in behavioral health, addiction counseling, and clinical documentation requirements.

Skills

• Valid licensure as a clinician (e.g., LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT/ Associates are welcome to apply) with relevant state credentials.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles, mental health assessments, and addiction counseling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement and collaboration with team members.
• Ability to develop empathetic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health record systems.
• Critical thinking skills for accurate assessment and individualized treatment planning.
• Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development.

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 45.0 per week
