Duties

• Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and hair extension services tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Perform nail care treatments including manicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail application, nail extensions, and pedicures with precision and attention to detail.
• Deliver skincare services such as dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, and facial treatments while adhering to salon safety protocols.
• Apply eyelash extensions and perform hair threading to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures for all tools and workspaces to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable services or retail products, and upsell additional treatments confidently.
• Stay updated on current beauty trends, color theory techniques, and new product offerings to provide innovative solutions.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of cosmetology practices including hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques.
• Proficiency in nail care procedures such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nails, and nail extensions.
• Strong understanding of salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships.
• Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform specialized treatments like esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, hair threading, body waxing, and eyelash extensions.
• Retail sales skills including retail math for upselling products confidently while providing value to clients.
• Knowledge of color theory for hair coloring services and current beauty trends.
• Effective communication skills combined with a friendly attitude that makes clients feel welcomed and valued.
