Licensed Cosmetologist

We’re looking for a talented, personable Hair Stylist to join our established salon and spa team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced stylist looking for a new salon home with immediate opportunities to grow their clientele.

With recent changes to our stylist team, we have existing salon clients looking for new providers, making this an especially good time to join Dolcé. You’ll also have opportunities for cross-referrals from our spa and med spa clientele.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Ohio cosmetology license
• Haircutting and styling experience
• Color, highlights and balayage experience
• Strong consultation and customer-service skills
• Professional, reliable and team-oriented
• Established clientele is welcome, but not required
• Someone interested in building a long-term clientele and growing with the salon

Compensation

This is primarily a commission-based position. Commission percentage is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview.

Schedule

We are open to part-time or full-time stylists and can discuss a schedule that works for both the stylist and the needs of the salon.
