Duties

• Perform professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and extension services to meet client preferences
• Perform Headspa services
• Deliver expert nail care services such as pedicures and footcials.
• Conduct facial treatments including basic facials with opportunites to learn more advanced treatments.
• Provide facial waxing
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer product recommendations, and upsell retail items
• Educate clients on nail care, skin health, and hair maintenance to promote ongoing wellness routines
• Follow all disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff at all times

Skills

• Strong knowledge of color theory for customized hair coloring solutions
• Proficiency in nail care techniques
• Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on customer service excellence
• Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients to understand their desires and provide professional advice
• Skilled in performing waxing, hair styling
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques including upselling products effectively while maintaining client trust
• Excellent communication skills combined with active listening to foster client loyalty and satisfaction
• Basic retail math skills for handling transactions accurately while promoting retail sales
