Job Summary

Duties

• Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and hair extension services using current techniques and color theory principles.
• Perform skincare treatments including dermabrasion, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, and tattooing with precision and safety.
• Deliver makeup applications for special occasions and professional photoshoots, ensuring each look aligns with client preferences.
• Administer advanced treatments such as botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers as licensed procedures.
• Conduct nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail art to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Manage retail sales by recommending products through engaging demos and upselling techniques while maintaining excellent guest service standards.
• Utilize salon management software like Millennium and salon booking platforms such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments efficiently.
• Maintain sanitation standards rigorously to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content to promote services, special offers, and client success stories.
• Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting guests, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and providing exceptional guest services.
• Assist with product demos and educate clients on the benefits of various beauty products to foster loyalty.

Experience

• Valid Cosmetology license in accordance with state or local regulations is required.
• Proven experience in hair styling, coloring
• Strong management skills to coordinate appointments, retail sales, and team collaboration are beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly attitude to deliver top-tier customer service.

Pay: $18.00 - $32.01 per hour
