We are seeking a dynamic and talented Licensed Cosmetologist, Lash Technician, and Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! Responsibilities

• Perform professional cosmetology services such as hair cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions with precision and creativity.
• Apply eyelash extensions, eyelash lifts, and other lash enhancement treatments to enhance client beauty.
• Deliver expert nail care including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art while maintaining strict sanitation standards.
• Conduct advanced aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox (Botulinum toxin), and esthetic laser procedures.
• Assist clients with skin consultations and recommend suitable treatments like body waxing, chemical peels, or dermal fillers based on individual needs.
• Manage client communication effectively to understand their goals and provide personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize salon software such as Glossgenius or something different if you choose for scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining client records.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending skincare products, makeup items, or beauty tools during consultations or product demos.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, showcase client transformations, and attract new clientele through engaging content.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Cosmetologist, Esthetician, Nail Technician, or Eyelash Extension Tech.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of services offered.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatment options and aftercare.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to perform hair styling techniques including coloring, cutting, barbering, straight razor shaves, and hair threading.
• Experience with retail sales strategies and upselling to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
• Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus.
• Commitment to maintaining sanitation standards and adhering to health regulations at all times.
