Position Overview

We are seeking a Kentucky-licensed LPCC, LPCA, or therapist with related licensure to join our team. This role is ideal for clinicians who value administrative support, ethical supervision, and a collaborative professional environment.

LPCA clinicians will receive board-compliant supervision toward independent licensure as part of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services within the scope of licensure
• Conduct initial assessments, diagnosis, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA, licensure requirements, and practice policies
• Participate in required supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development
• Maintain a consistent schedule and assigned caseload as an employee of the practice
• Coordinate care and referrals as clinically appropriate
• Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards
• Proficiency with electronic health records
• Maintain active Kentucky licensure and required continuing education

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky LPCA, LPCC or related licensure in good standing
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related mental health field (CACREP or equivalent preferred)
• For LPCA or dependent licensure applicants: commitment to completing post-graduate supervised experience and participation in employer-provided supervision
• Strong clinical skills, ethical awareness, and documentation abilities
• Ability to function as part of a clinical team within an employee structure
