Salary Range: $38,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year

Requirements

Active Indiana Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous insurance experience

Prior Allstate Experience preferred

Responsibilities

Address customer policy questions and account changes with patience and clarity.

Process payments and handle billing inquiries accurately to ensure customer peace of mind.

Update and maintain client information within our system to ensure everything is current.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure our clients are fully protected by identifying gaps in coverage.

Document all client interactions to maintain a high standard of service and continuity.

Take initiative in learning about new policy updates to offer the most relevant advice to our community.
