Licensed Customs Broker (Processor/ Declarant)

About the role

We are looking for an LCB Processor / Declarant to manage end-to-end customs processing, electronic lodgment, and declaration of import and export shipments while ensuring compliance with Bureau of Customs (BOC) regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and prepare import/export customs documentation
• Perform electronic lodgment and customs declaration via the BOC system
• Review shipping documents for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and government agencies
• Monitor shipment clearance and resolve documentation issues
• Ensure compliance with customs laws, tariff classification, and valuation requirements
• Maintain accurate records of customs transactions

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or a related field.
• Licensed Customs Broker is preferred but not required.
• Experience in customs processing, lodgment, and declaration is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in BOC procedures and import/export documentation.
• For Processor: Willing to travel frequently to ports, terminals, and government agencies for document processing and shipment clearance.
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and time management skills.
