ATMS

Partner Opportunity: Ohio Licensed Electrical Contractor – Data Center Work (Belmont County, OH)
ATMS, LLC is a design-build national general & electrical contractor working in data centers, utility infrastructure, EV charging, and solar/BESS. We're looking for a non-union Ohio electrical contractor who wants to grow into mission-critical work and partner with us on a data center build in Alledonia, Ohio, with more like it in the pipeline in the surrounding areas.
The project: a 10 MW single-story data center with 34.5 kV medium-voltage service, four 3 MW generators, 5,000 A power skids with UPS, and a 144-rack data hall. It's a 12-month build starting in mid-November 2026, and the campus is planned to expand toward 35 MW.
What you'd own: you'd be the licensed technical authority on site. That means reviewing drawings and one-lines, resolving technical RFIs, handling permits, inspections and code compliance with the local authority, writing and approving LOTO, switching and energization procedures, and leading NETA acceptance testing, vendor startups, and commissioning support. You'd also review grounding test results and the arc-flash study.
What ATMS brings: we fund the project, so you aren't carrying payroll, materials, or equipment costs out of pocket. We also handle HR and recruiting for every new hire on the job, and we manage the project's risk, including insurance, bonding, contracts, and safety. On top of that, ATMS provides project management, field supervision, a full-time safety manager, the craft crew (peaking at about 25), procurement, scheduling, billing, and the owner and GC relationships. You focus on the technical and licensing side, and we handle the rest.
What we're looking for:

An Ohio electrical contractor license through OCILB, or the ability to get one quickly, with willingness to work under a partnership structure on this project

10+ years in the trade

Hands-on medium-voltage experience (15–35 kV), plus generators, UPS and switchgear

NFPA 70E qualified and OSHA 30

Why it's worth a look: You keep your company operating and growing while getting the oppourtunity toget real data center experience on your company's resume, with a partner that has the funding, systems and crews to back you, and to be first in line for the follow-on phases.
If this fits where you want to take your business, send us a note with a little about your company, your license, and the kinds of projects you've done.
Please email ATMS at Admin@atmsllc.net confirming your interest, and we will set up a meeting with the CEO.
Pay: From $500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
