Licensed Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer and Licensed Architect

About the role

Project Engineers/Supervisors are responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and engineering projects from initiation to completion. The role involves preparing designs and plans, supervising on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review engineering and architectural designs, plans, and drawings using AutoCAD and other design tools.
• Lead and supervise construction and project execution on-site, ensuring adherence to approved plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments for project requirements and implementation.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper implementation of works based on approved designs.
• Prepare and submit project reports, updates, and documentation to management.
• Identify project risks, issues, and delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure efficient utilization of materials, manpower, and resources.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities.

About you

• Must be Licensed Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer, and Architect).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction and project management.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and other design/drafting software.
• Proven experience in project supervision, implementation, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, and project coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Willing to be assigned in Pasay City.
• Must be willing to travel and work on-site across different project locations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
