Pat Ryan Electric is looking for an experienced MA Licensed Electrician to join our local Northborough-based team serving Northborough, Marlborough, Westborough, Worcester and surrounding communities. $38–$45/hr based on experience; steady, year-round work, and a great local team.

About the Position

You will work on a variety of residential and commercial electrical projects, including new construction, renovations, service work, troubleshooting, additions, and electrical upgrades.

We are looking for an electrician who can:

• Perform electrical installations safely and according to the Massachusetts Electrical Code
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and identify solutions
• Work independently and manage jobs efficiently
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and other members of the team
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Take pride in quality workmanship
• Help guide and mentor less-experienced electricians and apprentices when needed

What We're Looking For

• Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician License required
• 4+ years of electrical experience preferred
• Strong residential and/or commercial electrical experience
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Reliable, professional, and dependable
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Must be comfortable working from a company vehicle and traveling to local job sites
