Licensed Electrician - Rail / Critical Infrastructure

Salary: $55-$60/hr + Super

Layer 2 Intelligence (L2iQ) is seeking a motivated and qualified Licensed Electrician with 3-5 years' post-trade experience to join our growing team delivering works across the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport Project.

This role offers the opportunity to work on one of Australia's largest infrastructure projects while developing your skills in rail systems, operational technology and major project delivery.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Installation and termination of electrical and communications cabling
• Installation of field equipment, cabinets and associated infrastructure
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
• Supporting testing and commissioning activities
• Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and workmanship
• Working collaboratively with project delivery teams across multiple sites

About You

To be successful, you will possess:

• Current NSW Electrical Licence
• 3-5 years' post-trade experience
• Construction White Card
• Current Driver's Licence
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work effectively within a project environment
• Full Australian working rights

Experience within rail, communications, controls, infrastructure or operational technology projects will be highly regarded but is not essential.
