A premier medical spa in Wesley Chapel is seeking an experienced Esthetician and Certified Laser Specialist to deliver exceptional skincare treatments and concierge-level patient experiences. We're looking for someone who is warm, polished, confident, and naturally builds trust from the moment they enter the room.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a skincare professional who enjoys combining clinical excellence with luxury hospitality. You'll provide advanced esthetic services, laser hair removal, patient education, and personalized product recommendations while helping patients achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform professional esthetic treatments with exceptional patient care.

· Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively.

· Educate patients on treatment plans and skincare products.

· Recommend additional services and retail products based on patient goals.

· Create memorable patient experiences through outstanding communication and hospitality.

· Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and equipment.

· Document treatments accurately and collaborate with the clinical team.

· Perform occasionally some administrative duties including but not limited to telephone answering, office cleanliness, accepting payment through Square payment systems. Booking new or follow up appointments.

Qualifications

· Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed Esthetician.

· Minimum 1-2 years of laser hair removal experience.

· Current Florida laser certification or license required.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Professional, polished presentation appropriate for a luxury aesthetics environment.

· Demonstrated sales or upselling experience.

· Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and delivering exceptional service.

Compensation & Benefits

· $21.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience + Commission.

· Sales commission on retail products and service upsells.
