Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and professionalism
• Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to accurately document client information, treatment details, and medical records
• Conduct skin analysis using color theory principles to recommend appropriate treatments and products
• Assist clients with makeup application and hair threading services to enhance their natural beauty
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatments to support clients’ ongoing skincare goals

Skills

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly, professional manner
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and cosmetology standards
• Proficiency in advanced esthetic techniques such as tattooing, medical record management, and esthetic laser treatments
• Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient record keeping and appointment scheduling
• Knowledge of color theory to assess skin tones and recommend suitable treatments or makeup options
• Experience with body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, hair threading, and makeup application
• Ability to educate clients on skincare routines while demonstrating excellent sales skills to promote products and services

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
