Licensed Esthetician – Medical Aesthetics & Skincare

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice.

The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, beauty, and helping clients feel confident in their skin. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in expanding their knowledge and experience in medical aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

• Perform esthetic services within the scope of licensure and training, including customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microneedling if appropriately trained and authorized.
• Provide skincare consultations and recommend appropriate skincare products and services.
• Educate clients about skincare routines, treatments, and post-treatment care.
• Assisting with front desk responsibilities and maintaining a clean environment
• Assist with promoting and retailing medical-grade skincare products.
• Support the clinic with client communication, appointment scheduling, and follow-up.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
• Follow all infection-control protocols, safety standards, and clinic procedures.
• Assist with social media content, promotions, and marketing initiatives during every shift.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that encourages client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee esthetician license in good standing.
• Experience in facials, skincare, or aesthetic treatments preferred.
• Interest in medical aesthetics and willingness to learn new services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
• Sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively
• Prior experience in a med spa setting or clinic environment is a plus
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security
• Excellent computer skills and comfortable with sales for aesthetic/weight loss/skin care, ect
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and office management tasks
• Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally
• Position is part-time to start with plans to transition to full time as we grow.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
