Aesthetically Alluring is a fast-growing, APRN-led medical aesthetics & longevity clinic seeking a skilled, motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our team on a part-time basis (with growth potential).

We specialize in natural, corrective, and regenerative aesthetics — serving clients who value excellence.

Ideal Candidate

You are:

• Licensed in Florida
• Experienced in corrective facials & acne treatments
• Confident performing:
• Customized facials
• Chemical peels
• Acne protocols (Face Reality experience a plus)
• Dermaplaning
• Advanced exfoliation treatments
• Comfortable educating clients and recommending retail
• Professional, polished, and aligned with luxury service standards
• Growth-oriented and team-focused

Bonus if you:

• Have medical spa experience
• Understand client retention and rebooking strategies
• Are comfortable being on camera for content

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality, customized treatments
• Document all services in Aesthetic Record
• Follow clinic SOPs and sanitation protocols
• Recommend and sell skincare appropriately
• Support client retention through rebooking
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness & organization
• Uphold brand standards and professionalism
