What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional, personalized facial and skincare treatments.
• Perform services such as customized facials, HydraFacials, dermaplaning, and chemical peels within your training and scope of practice.
• Conduct thorough skincare consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on professional skincare products and appropriate homecare regimens.
• Build lasting patient relationships through exceptional service, follow-up, and rebooking.
• Collaborate with our clinical providers to support comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation, treatment room standards, and infection-control protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and team initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Current North Carolina esthetician license in good standing.
• Experience in a medical spa, dermatology practice, or advanced aesthetics environment preferred.
• Experience with HydraFacial, chemical peels, and professional skincare lines is a plus.
• Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills.
• Confidence recommending skincare products and appropriate follow-up treatments.
• A positive, professional, team-oriented approach.
• A genuine passion for helping patients achieve their skincare goals.
• Flexibility to assist with schedule coverage when available.
