Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and dermal fillers to meet individual client needs.
• Conduct advanced aesthetic procedures such as laser hair removal, laser skin treatments, botulinum toxin (Botox) injections, eyelash extensions, and body waxing services.
• Provide professional consultation to educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic options tailored to their goals.
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures and adhere to all safety protocols during treatments to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Utilize salon management software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, process sales, and manage client records efficiently.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending skincare products and treatment packages that align with client needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly, listening attentively, and fostering a relaxing environment for clients.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and certifications to continually enhance your skills and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong background in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermal fillers.
• Knowledge of advanced aesthetic procedures including laser hair removal, Botox injections, eyelash extensions, and skin resurfacing techniques.
• Familiarity with salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and sales processing.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client consultation and education.
• Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a clinical setting.
• Ability to perform multiple treatments efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Experience with retail sales strategies to promote skincare products effectively.

Pay: $26.23 - $31.59 per hour
