Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and laser treatments with precision and care.
• Execute advanced cosmetic procedures such as lip blush, tattooing, permanent makeup, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and makeup application to enhance client features.
• Adhere strictly to tattooing and piercing safety regulations, sanitation standards, and infection control protocols to ensure client safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate medical records and electronic medical record (EMR) systems for each client, documenting treatments and client preferences thoroughly.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic treatments to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions clearly, and provide personalized treatment plans.
• Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing training on esthetic laser treatments, color theory, anatomy knowledge, and new aesthetic techniques.

Skills

• Proven experience in lip blush, tattooing, permanent makeup, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and other cosmetic tattooing techniques.
• Strong knowledge of tattooing and piercing safety regulations along with sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
• Proficiency in esthetic treatments such as dermabrasion, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and medical records management.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for scheduling and documentation purposes.
• Knowledge of skin anatomy, color theory applied in cosmetic procedures, infection control measures, and esthetic laser treatment protocols.
• Ability to upsell products or additional services while maintaining a genuine focus on client needs.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
