Southern Strandz Salon and Med Spa is looking to add 2-3 Licensed Estheticians to our growing team!

We are looking for motivated, personable, and passionate aestheticians who want the flexibility to build their own clientele while having access to high-end equipment, professional skincare lines, ongoing education, and a supportive team environment.

Services and Equipment

Our spa offers a wide variety of services and advanced treatments, including:

• Corrective & customized facials
• Relaxation facials
• Laser treatments with a multi-modality platform
• Glacial Skin
• Skinpen microneedling
• HydraFacial
• Head spa
• Brow services
• Spray tanning
• Advanced skin treatments

We carry professional skincare brands including Skinbetter Science, Hydrinity, Face Reality, and Glymed plus.

Choose the services you want to offer. You do not have to know how to perform every service we offer.

We are looking for aestheticians with different strengths and interest. You can choose which services you are interested in offering and specialize in the areas that you enjoy most.

If there are services you are interested in learning, we will train you! Experience with advanced treatments and equipment is preferred, but not required.

Building your clientele

Because this is a commission based position, your schedule may start out part-time while you build your clientele, unless you already have an established clientele you are bringing with you.

You won't have to build your clientele alone. Southern Strandz actively helps our estheticians grow through spa marketing, promotions, and fairly rotating new clients among our team. As your clientele grows, there are opportunities to increase your hours and expand your services.

Our goal is to help you build a successful, sustainable clientele while maintaining the fexibility schedule that works for you.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Tennessee Esthetician License
• Experience preferred, but not required
• Passion for skincare and helping clients reach their goals
• Professional, dependable, and personable
• Comfortable promoting services and education on social media
• Evenings and Saturday availability required
