Beauty with Bubbly Med Spa is looking for a reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Licensed Esthetician to join our growing medical spa office in Glenview.

We are looking for someone who is excited to grow with the practice, provide excellent patient care, and contribute to the overall success of the office. This is a hands-on position that includes aesthetic treatments, product and treatment sales, patient retention, front desk support, social media participation, and general office responsibilities.

Services You’ll Perform

The majority of scheduled treatments will include:

• Splendor X laser treatments, including:
• Laser hair removal
• Vascular lesions/broken capillaries
• Pigmented lesions/dark spots
• Toenail fungus treatments
• DiamondGlow facials
• Chemical peels
• Microneedling
• EMShape treatments

Training will be provided on our devices, protocols, and treatment standards.

Patient Care & Sales

Our estheticians are expected to provide a high level of patient care while also helping grow and retain their clientele. Responsibilities include:

• Providing thorough consultations and setting realistic treatment expectations
• Educating patients on treatment plans, maintenance, and home care
• Recommending and selling medical-grade skincare and wellness products, including SkinMedica and Nutrafol
• Promoting treatment packages and current specials
• Rebooking patients before they leave
• Maintaining accurate charting and treatment documentation
• Educating patients on appropriate pre- and post-treatment care

This is a sales-oriented position. Candidates should feel comfortable confidently recommending products and treatment plans when appropriate.

Front Desk & Office Support

We operate as a team, and all staff members help support the medical spa office when needed. This may include:

• Greeting and checking patients in and out
• Answering phones and text messages
• Scheduling appointments
• Collecting payments and applying patient rewards
• Helping maintain efficient schedule flow
• Encouraging satisfied patients to leave reviews
• Turning over treatment rooms
• Laundry, stocking, and light cleaning
• Keeping treatment rooms and common areas organized and patient-ready

Social Media & Marketing

Candidates should also be comfortable participating in the marketing of the medical spa office, including:

• Helping capture photos and videos for social media
• Participating in content featuring treatments, products, and promotions
• Helping maintain an active and professional social media presence

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Esthetician License required
• Previous medical spa experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Comfortable learning laser and advanced aesthetic treatments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident discussing and recommending products and treatments
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently
• Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and willing to assist with both clinical and non-clinical responsibilities

Schedule

• Part-time
• Starting availability of approximately 3-4 days per week × 3 hours per day
• Approximately 6+ hours per week initially, depending on booked schedules
• Evening and weekend availability is required
• Hours may increase as your schedule and clientele grow
• A filled schedule is not guaranteed, and weekly hours may vary

Compensation

$22/hour + 10% commission on product sales + tips
